Storage coupon in Reboot

I just bought 7 ( 6 in mule, 1 in main) coupon from Henesys General Store, but none of them work after i use them, my storage slot still remain same but the coupon disappear and have a messenge "your storage slot has been expanded successfully". Pls fix this!!!!

    Storage slot take many hours to appear and is intentional like that.

    They can take a while to show up. Most people they show up immediately, some it seems to take a bit.
