Unable to harvest rune

Whenever I try to use a rune it automatically fails. It brings up the arrow input interface, but then shows it instantly fails. I have tried restarting maple changing characters and changing channel. But the bug still persists. It has been happening since the rise update for me.

    Try doing a full shutdown and restart of your computer.

    I have also tried changing keyboards, but that did not fix it either.

    Try updating or reinstalling keyboard drivers.

    Check if the bug persist in safe mode, if the bug doesn't occur in safe mode, perhaps a program on your computer is sending random inputs.
    If it still does persist in safe mode, I don't have any other ideas.
