Where are the crowns?

When you acquire a crown through the new crown event when you collect 30 stars, where does it go to be equipped? I have finished this quest multiple times, but no new items are in any tabs of my inventory. How do we equip them??

    Click on the Crown notifier and select "On Display".

    (And thank goodness they're not in inventory. Can you imagine having to hold up to 50 of them, in any tab?)
