Overalls vs Top + Bottom

Are there any plans to balance the potential stats and starforce bonuses on overalls to make them comparable to CRA top + bottom? It just doesn't make much sense to me that they keep adding overalls as part of mid/endgame sets if very few people are actually swapping out their CRA sets. Isn't the point to progress to better gear after you reach a new set of bosses? What's the point of adding higher level equips we're supposed to work toward obtaining if they're still outclassed by lower level ones?

    Overalls are nice for early game players since it counts for double the stars aka its one less equip someone would have to throw mesos at to starforce.

    I think the arcane overall is worthless but by this logic so are all mage secondaries for mage classes that can use a shield.

    Certainly there's clutter and some redesigns that need to happen to make these redundant things more of an optional choice.
    Similar to how explorer mages can use wand for crit rate or staff for more damage. Something should be changed to add some variety imo.

    Quickest way to fix this would be to have overall potentials count x2 like stars do and modify their base and bonus(flame, scroll, star) stats to be comparable to a top+bottom

    Simplest fix would be having OA count as 2 items so everything would be doubled.
    Other fix could be that you can have Top or bottom equipped with OA so that only sf stats and potential would be counted.
    System where you can merge top+bot as overall and split the overall as top+bottom would also fix this.
    -Something like overall slot which counts as top+bottom+overall on sets (there isn't and hopefully won't be any set which requires all 3)
    - by splitting the OA to top+bot you could recube them separately
    - Split OA would transfer sf, flame and potential to top and bottom and you have the choice of keeping last 9 scrolls stats or having free ark inno used on both (just for situations with scrolls that give random stats like chaos and 4-5 att ones)
    - Merged OA you combine the potentials and sf stats and flames and you get to choose from ark inno or keeping the scroll stats from either and then scroll the remaining (4) slots.
    - OA would have sf limit of 50 and each starforce attempt would give/lose 2 stars at the time.
    OA would have 6 lines of potential and bonus potential with 2 sets of 3 for each (regular item has 1st, 2nd and 3rd line, OA would have 1st,2nd,3rd+1st,2nd,3rd where you can cube only 3 lines at a time).
