I can't accept the moonbogglers quest? Everytime I click the quest, he keeps telling me to go kill 200 monsters at my level but nothing happens what do I do?

    Bug type: Glitch
    Brief bug summary: accepted "[Moonbogglers] Asked and Answered, did the quest requirements(defeat 200 monsters around my level), when I tried to turn in quest, it shows that I did not accept the quest and it won't go pass the dialogue "If you return after eliminating 200 monsters near your level..." even though I know I finished it.

    World name:Bera

    Date and time of the incident:August 5, 2020 around 630pm pst if i recall correctly

    I am in the same situation. Unfortunately, after maintenance, it wasn't fixed. I have tried repairing installation and rebooting MS and computer.. And nothing works. I have sent a ticket but, of course, they don't answer me. I am so bummed that I won't be getting the cosmetic for the set for today. ;/

    this bug is affecting anyone who disconnected/changed chars before completing and turning in the quest

    Hi Maplers,
    We are currently investigating reports that characters cannot start the event quest '[Moonbogglers] Hunting for Hints'.
    This affects characters who completed the quest on a previous day and cannot acquire it again.
    This also includes characters who picked up the quest and lost it after relogging.

    I have that exact problem, hopefully it gets fixed soon. Maintenance went throught but no fix. I'm from Reboot.

    Same issues here as well. Accepted the quest last night and came back after work (literally like an hr ago) to finish all my dailies and event quests only to encounter this issue. Hopefully it will get resolved soon as this event only lasts for a few days. My suggestion is that since this issue keeps arising and unable to complete it, i hope we get compensated for the rewards we were supposed to get.

    I was able to make it work! Try speaking to the Moon Mouse NPC on the left side of Hene and it may work for you. I did and now I have the quest in my journal :3
