Bug type: Blazing Sword (1-hand axe) does not drop

Brief bug summary: Blazing Sword does not drop from Cellions, Lunar Pixie, Hectors.

More details: I have farmed a total of around 7 hours with normal drop rate + a greed pendant with gives me extra 20% equip drop rate. I have not encountered a Blazing Sword (1-hand axe drop). Would appreciate compensation of time lost, perhaps with the item itself.
