Stuck in Root Abyss PQ

Bug-type: Quest-bug , stuck in map, Gameplay

Brief bug summary: I was doing the Root Abyss pre quest when during one of the quests I selected the option to not skip the cutscene right after I finished the conversation with the npc, right after that the npc alicia disappeared from the map and got stuck there, I tried everything but I couldn't get out.

    If you're stuck in a map you can send a support ticket to get unstuck. You'll most likely get punted out to henesys, and if the quest didn't glitch out on you as well, you should be able to pick back up where you left off.

    Happened to me twice, usually if I just log out and log in again after a few times it will give you the option to skip the cutscene again.
