Disconnected in Cash Shop and others

Hello everyone, the problem I am presenting is that MapleStory disconnects me on some occasions when I enter Cash Shop - Auction House and some bosses !!!

What really worries me is that I get a message that says the following:
NSG Hacking Detected (0XD1010504)
You cannot run the game and external programs simultaneosly contact customer support for questions

When I'm on MapleStory I don't open programs other than the game, nor do I have the luxury of listening to music to avoid these problems.

    I have the same problem since the last update with the same message.

    Of course it is worrying since they can give us a ban without committing an illegal foul!!!!

    OMG!!!! I have a same problem :(

    I have been disconnected 3 times as the same argument to the point of making me afraid to play!

    I think they should notify if this is a game error because we do not want a possible false ban.
