Globe Tree Won't Upgrade; Crystal Energy Over 200.

Bug type: User interface / Functionality
Brief bug summary: Globe tree will not automatically upgrade after 12/18's maintenance, and crystal energy collects in excess of 200.

More details: I had three trees registered already in my Globe Chair interface, and proceeded to farm Crystal Energy as usual, to upgrade to the next tier (adding Chair pieces). However, despite collecting all the Crystal Energy for the day, it did not upgrade, and the UI reads "500/200" for the Crystal Energy, with no prompt from Cassandra that the Chair section was ready to have items added to it.

Steps to reproduce: Have 3 trees added to Globe Chair UI already. Did not have a session of Crystal Energy farming before 12/18 maintenance. Farmed all Crystal Energy for the day of 12/19. Find excess of [more than 200]/200 Crystal Energy and no ability to upgrade to next tier of Globe chair.

    I am also experiencing this issue. Chair is level 2 with 3 trees registered, but my Crystal Energy is 700/200

    We applied a fix to address this issue where players were unable to automatically level up from Lv. 2 to Lv. 3 even when meeting all the requirements.
    Please re-log in if you don't see such change on your affected character.

    Hello,

    I really appreciate that there has been a fix applied! However, my affected characters still appear to be bugged, despite multiple re-logins /full shutdowns and restarts of the game. These characters are found here:

    World: Scania
    Characters: 1) Anshinn (a Kanna) and 2) Anwarion (a Pathfinder).

    Same issue here, it still doesn't work after the fix.

    World: Reboot
    Characters: rbleh (Illium lvl 244) & kableh (Kanna lvl 222)

    Currently, I'm a couple hundred points above the cap of 200, so if it is possible, I would like to be able to move forward a few levels correspondingly

    Hello,
    The affected characters need 3 materials of each UP TO the level they should be in to fix the glitch.
    Please see how many Crystal Energies you have on your UI and what level you should be.
    When you collect 3 materials up to that level, you will automatically level up to that point.

    Each level up requires the following amount of Crystal Energies:
    Lv. 2 Tree: 100 Crystal Energies
    Lv. 3 Chair: 200 Crystal Energies
    Lv. 4 Mini Figure 1: 200 Crystal Energies
    Lv. 5 Pose: 300 Crystal Energies
    Lv. 6 Base: 300 Crystal Energies
    Lv. 7 Glass: 400 Crystal Energies
    Lv. 8 Expression: 400 Crystal Energies
    Lv. 9 Effects: 500 Crystal Energies
    Lv. 10 Mini Figure 2: 500 Crystal Energies
    Lv. 11 Music: 500 Crystal Energies

    For example: If player has 1100 Crystal Energies as Lv. 2, they have enough to be Lv. 6 so they need 3 trees, chairs, mini figures, and poses registered to level up. When they do this, they'll automatically level up to Lv. 6 right away.

    I'm having this issue in Scania with the poses section. I have 3 poses and the 300 crystals but it never moved me to the next level. I can't progress except for collecting more globes.

    Be aware that the "Stand" pose doesn't count as one of the three, since it's the default.
