Burning World - Stuck

Okay, since everyone in the game is, as usual, ignoring my pleas for help, I'll ask here.

I can't transfer one of my toons from Burning World, because it claims I have a pending trade in the Auction House. But I can't access the Auction House from the Burning World Leap Zone, and I can't leave the Leap Zone! What do I do?? I didn't have this issue with the other toon, btw.

    The transfer to the server is fixed after the maintanance, but if I try to log in to the server I'm unable to connect to the game server.
