Beast Tamer's Cat Mode is a very outdated animal with barely any changes and buffs since its original release.

Things to stick by, however, is to keep it as a low-damage, but a very high utility and supportive animal and really just buff it up to be on par with similar effects that Bishop has (and things Bishop is getting soon too) and changes to other things to bring it up.
Also, allowing Arby (the cat) to be a very fun and fluid class to play for those that want to solely be in cat mode the whole time, similar to how the other animals operate in that way.

________________________________________________________________________________________________
All values will be placed at the skill's mastery level.

Friend Launcher:
This shall be reworked entirely to create something more fun and fluid for the player. It will not operate with 4 different attacks, they all hit the same amount of mobs and deal the same damage, but perform differently based on what arrow key (or not using an arrow key at all) when using the attack key, with every attack passing through all units (no more stop at the first enemy the attack encounters). With an additional mobility effect if the character is a certain jump height.

Hurl your animal friends to deal 200% damage 7 times to up to 8 enemies, throwing out a different animal friend based on the directional key being held down.

Fort the bear: Attack while pressing down on the directional key to launch Fort to slam down on the ground. If at a certain jump height, plunge yourself downward.
Lai the snow leopard: Attack while pressing forward on the directional key to launch Lai forward. If at a certain jump height, dash forward with Lai.
Eka the hawk: Attack while pressing up on the direction key to launch Eka into the air. If at a certain jump height, launch upwards with Eka.
Arby the cat: Attack without pressing a directional key to launch Arby forward. If at a certain jump height, launch yourself in the opposite direction.

Cat Wit:
Passive: +100 INT and +10% INT
(From just 100 INT)
Now also effects party members on the same map as you while in Cat Mode.

Kitty Battle Squad
Passive: +35 Weapon and Magic Attack to you and party members on the same map as you while in Cat Mode.
(Unchanged.)

Kitty Treats:
Passive: +300 and +15% HP/MP for you and your party members on the same map as you while in Cat Mode.
(From only +625 HP/MP for your and your party members on the same map as you.)

Purr-Powered:
Passive: +100% Stance. +100 and +4% HP/MP every 4 seconds.
(From only +30% Stance and +100 HP/MP every 4 seconds. This is a self-only buff.)

Sticky Paws:
Passive: +30% Item Drop Chance for you and your party members on the same map as you while in Cat Mode.
(From +20% Item Drop Chance.)

[This brings it on par with Bishop's real Holy Symbol.]

Meow Heal:
Active: Recovery increased to 100% from 20%.
Animation delay is completely removed and can now be used in the air.

[Bishop's heal is 300% recovery that decreases based on amount of allies healed by it, down to 60% for full party.]

Cat's Claw:
Passive: +30% Critical Chance and +10% Critical Damage for you and your party members on the same map as you while in Cat Mode.
(Unchanged.)

Meow Cure:
Passive: Enhances Meow Heal to now cleanse all status ailments at 100% chance on party members struck. Can only cleanse status ailments once every 5 seconds.
(Changed from a stand alone active skill to a passive that makes Meow Heal even better.)

Purr Zone:
Active: Creates a zone of love for 15 seconds that causes you and party members inside to become invincible to all attack except for attacks that deal damage based on a percent of health, reducing those attacks by 20% instead. 90 seconds cooldown.

(This is completely reworked to be a protection spell instead of a damaging zone with a weak flat heal over time.)

Meow Card:
Blue Card Reworked: Now reduces all cooldowns for you and your party members by 20% while the effect is active.
(Current Blue Card: +200 DEF and +25% HP/MP.)
Green Card: +2 Attack Speed and +20 Speed for you and your party members while the effect is active (Unchanged).
Red Card: +40% Damage for you and your party members while the effect is active (Unchanged).

Duration increased to 180 seconds from 120 seconds.
Cooldown still 30 seconds.

Friend Launcher - Enhance:
Passive: +100% increased damage to Friend Launcher. Friend Launcher now heals yourself and party members they pass through for 20% HP.
(From increasing Friend Launcher damage by +100%.)

Mouser's Insight:
Passive: 20% Enemy Defense Ignore for you and your party members on the same map as you while in Cat Mode.
(Unchanged.)

Fire Kitty!:
Passive Revamped: Has a 30% chance when attacking to fire an additional rolling Arby forward, stopping at the first enemy it comes across, dealing 300% damage 10 times and reducing its defense by 40% for 15 seconds.

(Currently is an active attack with a 3 seconds cooldown that does 3 lines of damage and reduces defense by 40% for an undisclosed duration.)

Meow Revive:
Active: Revive all Party Members in range, granting the revived targets and yourself 8 seconds of invincibility. For the next 60 seconds, grant yourself and revived party members +50% All Stats. 600 seconds cooldown.
(Current cooldown is 750 seconds and does not grant any invincibility.)

[This is to allow the resurrection to be on the same level as Bishop's resurrection with their upcoming buffs to the skill.]

Gold Card:
Passive: 30% chance to apply Blue, Green, and Red card all at the same time.
(Unchanged.)

Friends of Arby:
Passive: +50% Bonus EXP for you and your party members on the same map as you while in Cat Mode.
[Can now stack with Holy Symbol / Decent Holy Symbol.]
(From +30% Bonus EXP and cannot stack with Holy Symbol.)

[This brings it in line with real Holy Symbol.]

Cat's Cradle Blitzkrieg:
Active Reworked: Create an area of entangled yarn for 15 seconds, binding all enemies, including boss monsters, for 15 seconds and all enemies inside take 20% increased Final Damage from your own and party members' attacks. The same target cannot be bound again for the next 90 seconds.
Cooldown: 120 seconds

(From a very weak and outdated effect of an additional attack that occurs one time every so often when party members attack those marked targets.)

[This places it on the same bind duration as Kanna's bind since this bind cannot deal damage, needs to just have one set bind duration. It also allows Beast Tamer to be competitive with another non-KMS class.]

HYPER PASSIVES:
This is all new Cat Hyper Passives!

Gold Card - Enhance:
Gold Card has a +10% (40%) chance to activate.

(Which reduces the individual Meow Cards to be 20% chance for Blue, 20% chance for Green, and 20% chance for Red.)

Sticky Paws - Enhance:
Gain an additional +20% Item Drop Chance for yourself only.

Fire Kitty! - Enhance:
Fire Kitty! has a +10% (40%) chance to activate.

Enjoy the ideas for a Cat Mode revamp!
Have a nice day!

Sounds decent. While you're at it,
    - Change Fort's Paw Swipe ability into a key down skill instead of a key tap, in addition to:
    (a) Provide mobility during Paw Swipe on par with Phantoms' Mille Aiguilles (base movement speed, no ability to jump) and/or,
    (b) Give additional leeway of 3-5 seconds before Furious Strikes buff wears off (currently it wears off in 1 second or less).
    - Change Eka's Baby Bombers max enemies hit count from 8 to 12 (and fix the game so BB doesn't cause crash to desktop from pressing the skill before the cooldown is finished).
    - Change Eka's Tornado Flight so it can be deployed on a location similar to Bow Masters' Arrow Platter with a 15 second duration and increase coverage area (600 to 1000).

Baby's Bombers is 8+1 per burst = 32+4 mobs per Baby Bombers
Only Hawk change / buff needed is add Defense Formation to the Attack Formation / Baby Bombers boost node; +1 mob could be an extra set of birds so 4+1 bird sets / 8+2 birds and adjust the base value slightly, but overall let it be a big buff to Defense Formation.

I think for now, we worry about Cat Mode and Champ Charge reworks which actually need changes

Do agree with Bear's attack being keydown instead of mash the button though
