Netherlands NX Item Issue Update

Hi Maplers,

Here to provide an update on the issue where some NX items were not visible in Dutch players' inventory after the v.222 update maintenance.
After investigation, we've confirmed that the NX items are not lost and they are just not visible in the UI.
We sincerely apologize for the delay in resolving this issue and will update you on the schedule when this will be addressed.

    It has been more then 2 weeks already since that issue for Dutch players occured and , it sadness me to see that I still keep missing items on any of the mules / chars I did buy box items on :( I not put my finger on anyone from the team since not know who exact is looking into this matter . But it seems I just get forced to really stop buying stuff from cs since everything is poofed day after I bought it . I have it already on 3 mules atm , last one is AquaRosi , I got here the anniversary boxes and did put some items on her and just now when log in that is gone too ............. Is there even going to be a solution or do we Dutch people get left out in the dark . One of my mules even got the times thread coupoin which I was told no longer to use to keep my inventory like it is .........So 30 k nx is sort of flushed throught the drain this way .......and the extra cs I got is nowhere to be found either ... Think you should advice Dutch people no longer to buy any boxes from any rolling ro coming event [ sadly enough tho ] . BTW IMPORTANT - Even items I got way before the law change for us Dutch people but which ar e now again in the boxes is gone !! [ So i got those like months ago and not recent ] . This whole bug issue is going way beyond and really must be fixed or either refund has to come up .......

    Uhm, actually the items appeared both in dec inventory tab AND cash shop.
    Also, is there any news on the compensation? Because i don't read anything about that.

    Do my currency items show up in stock now? I am also wondering now.

    Not really get why you respond on a fixed issue from 2 years ago ? There wa s not such issue at all this month
