Wrong Potential on 151+ Equips for HP/MP/DEF%
Brief bug summary:
Potential on lvl 151+ equips are 3/6/9/12% for HP/MP/DEF% at Legendary Tier when it should be 4/7/10/13% like the other main stat (STR/DEX/INT/LUK).
In GMS, level 151+ items can get 4/7/10/13% on rare/epic/unique/legendary potential tiers. However, the lvl 151+ items (ex: Sweetwater, Absolab, Sengoku) are only going up to the lvl 71+ potentials (which are 3/6/9/12%) for only HP/MP/DEF% on legendary potentials, while the other main stats are being applied correctly as you will see in the screenshots provided in which there is a 10%INT line on the Abso shoulder. HP% is the main stat for Demon Avengers (DA) which affects our gear.

Steps to reproduce
- Cube a lvl. 151+ item (example: lvl. 160 Sweetwater Accesories or lvl. 160 Absolab Equips)
- Potential for STR/DEX/INT/LUK will yield 4/7/10/13 respectively for rare/epic/unique/legendary tier.
- -EDIT- Potential for HP/MP/DEF will yield 3/6/9/12 respectively for just legendary tier. (So 7% and 10%HP exists but only when the item is Unique and reverts back to the lower potential scaling once it hits Legendary)
