Cannot make second burning character in burning world, get Request failed error message. Would my Tera Burning character in Scania be preventing me from making second mega burning in Burning world?

    Hello!
    A total of 2 Mega Burning characters should be available for creation in the Burning World regardless of your Tera Burning character.
    If you don't have a 2nd Mega Burning character in Burning World already but it continues to give you the error message upon character creation, it seems to be an account-specific issue. We recommend you submit a support ticket with a screenshot of the error message after attempting once again.
