bought saddle, but didn't receive quest reward

Brief summary: Explorer beginner received Hayato mount quest "A Gift from Shingen". On completing quest, Shingen took the saddle and did not give the Great Horse Onikageh reward.

More details:

My Hayato received the Hayato quest "A Gift from Shingen". Bought a saddle for 10,000 mesos and completed "A Gift from Shingen". However, Shingen cheated me, taking the saddle and giving NIGHT nothing!

    The mount becomes a skill in your "mounts" window list. Double click on your character so you can see it
