A potion to make pets permanent instead of having to buy water of life to keep bringing them back would be a nice addition or even bringing back some permanent pets again at different times.
I am not sure if this ever available, but it is in the Maplestory database.
This item was available in Korea, during the Halloween themed sale. The literal translation from the Korean name is "Fluttering Ghost Ruffles"
I think it would fit quite well for the upcoming Halloween NX
