Is nexon gonna fix this server lag that everyone is experiencing for past 3 weeks?
I find it very irritating and negative affecting especially while bossing.
Are they even gonna address about this problem? or are they even aware of this issue?

    Clearly all NA admins and staff went on holiday vacations starting December 2021. Zero response from them.

    Yeah, the game is borderline impossible to play, and I couldn't even create a new Mega Burning Character last night. Told me "Request Failed," and created a non-burning character. It really wasn't this bad before the holidays began.
