Bug type: Missing NPC

Brief bug summary: NPC is no longer listed in game/hidden.

More details: Unable to proceed with the explorer questline.

Steps to reproduce: Go into Ludibrium and try to find the npc.

Character name: AchingHearts

Character level: 85

Character job: Dual Blade

World name: Reboot

Date and time of the incident: 2/11/2022, 2:29am EST

    Confirming that this is bugged. The NPC Marcel is no longer present in Ludibrium.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Look for the NPC "Marcel" in Ludibrium. Prior to the v230 patch, he was located beneath Eurek the Alchemist in town, as you can see at the start of my Ludibrium Sheriff video:


    After the v230 patch, he was accidentally removed from town, preventing a few quests from being completed.

    This issue where NPC Marcel has been removed from Ludibrium after the v.230 update maintenance was reported for investigation.
