    I'm going with Pearl, just like I did with the originals as a kid! I'm definitely biassed because I've always gotten the 'main' version while my brother has always gotten the 'secondary' version (Y, Moon, Shield, etc.). However, Palkia's design and pink aesthetic have always been my favorites. In terms of version exclusives, I believe both games are fairly balanced, thus there is no contest.
