Corkscrew Blow doesn't move you foward

Bug type: Skill bug

Brief bug summary: The new Buccaneer skill Corkscrew Blow should move you forward when used but it doesn't.

More details:
This skill is supposed to be Spiral Assault from the old kit, it should cancel any skill (and still does) and move you forward with a small dash, this dash does not happen most likely because the old Corkscrew Blow from second job that got remove didn't

    Same problem.
    The skill should be Spiral Assault instead of corkscrew blow. The skill skips animation but doesn't dash.
    the bug makes it really hard to bossing.

    The name change is intentional; KMS renamed the skill from Spiral Assault to Corkscrew Blow as well to replace the old Corkscrew Blow. However, the skill function is indeed bugged.
