Deleting burning character

I made a burning character and got it to lv 213. If i delete that character and make another one, will i still be able to burn that newly created character and get the burning rewards on that character?

    why do players even consider deleting their characters?
    U get legion and such from high lvl character jeez.

    also you wont be able to get 200-210 rewards if u alrdy claimed them from leveing. only 215-220 that are left.
    and u wont be able to burn a new character from character creations. Jeez u get a warning sign before creating a character.

    U get Tera Burn from Explorers Redux.
    U get Tera burn from lvling a character to 200 from character creation burn.
