    Can we get a scroll that makes cash shop cosmetics permanent? Many players, like myself, want to buy cosmetics but don't because them expiring is a waste of our money. A scroll that makes a cosmetic permanent can capture that un-tapped market, and can also revitalize the sell of older or more muted/toned down cosmetics. Not everyone wants the large/flashy cosmetics that have been in the surprise boxes recently.
