Khali Step Up Mission Bug

Cannot complete the lv.55 Step Up mission (complete 3rd Job Advancement) since I have already passed lv. 60 and finished 3rd job advancement at the time the quest was accepted.

    I'm having trouble with that mission too, even I though I already did the 3rd job advancement, the quest wasn't completed.
