Here is the idea for Commerci Solo Voyages to make it more fun, interesting, and engaging.

~ Make the ships a lot bigger and able to get up on areas and such, turning the ships into a huge-to-massive training map.

~ Each ship will be a bigger map than the last, which will allow for more monsters to spawn per respawn cycle, which means Dreadnought has the biggest spawn size for monsters.
- Monster respawn cycle will be similar to a regular training ground map.

~ Energy cost to enter an area is completely removed. Instead a ship's energy level will represent how much total time you can set out sailing for each day, draining at 1 energy per 6 seconds that goes by while sailing (100 energy ship would have 10 minutes of daily sailing), resets to full with daily reset.
- You will set how much energy you want to consume before entering an area (cannot exceed more than the current energy your ship has remaining).

~ Each area has different monsters to fight.
- Based on the zone the monster difficulty to fight changes. The stronger the monsters are to fight, which includes much higher HP values, the higher the bonus Denaro drop chance is (each monster has a chance to drop a bonus Denaro, unaffected by drop chance increasing effects).

~ Voyage Bosses.
- Voyage boss monsters will happen less frequently.
- Bosses will be more intimidating, have a lot more HP, and have some new attack patterns; overall difficulty will be scaled up quite a bit and be more similar to how Elite Champions / Elite Bosses are like.
- Bosses will drop a burst of bonus Denaros upon defeating it.
- Bosses will guarantee at least 1 (or more) Sweetwater Equipment drop, as well as other goodies, and a massive amount of mesos bag drop upon defeating it.
- Overall, voyage boss monsters will feel more like a special event and should feel exciting when they occur.

~ Voyage items that you ship out have a different purpose, are infinite quantity, and do not cost Denaros to ship.
- The first ship can ship out up to 10 items per voyage, the second ship can ship out up to 12 items per voyage, and the Dreadnought (3rd ship) can ship out up to 15 items per voyage.
- The basic item that you can ship will grant bonus Denaros for when you finish the voyage both based on how many of this type of item was shipped and how much energy was consumed for that voyage. Each area will offer the same amount of Denaros when using this item.
- Each area has an unique shipping item(s) that will grant less bonus Denaros than the basic item, but has an additional effect for the monsters that you kill. For example, one item could increase the final multiplier for the amount of mesos each mesos bag gives, another could add the chance for Red and Rainbow Flames to drop, another could add the chance for Hard and Solid cubes to drop, another could add the chance for Nodestones to drop, another could add the chance for Arcane Symbol Selector Vouchers to drop, etc. the more of that item you ship out, the better the outcome will be for that bonus. (All of these items cannot be increased further with drop rate increasing effects, only shipment items affect the drop chance.)

~ Ship leveling.
- Ship experience is based on how many monsters you kill and how strong the monsters are will grant further ship experience.
- Once a ship reaches level 10 (aside from Dreadnought), you will pay Denaros to permanently upgrade it to the next tier of ship.

~ New ship skills.
- Skill 1: Cuts the respawn time by 50% and increases the spawn by 100% for 30 seconds. [360 seconds non-upgraded; 120 seconds fully upgraded cooldown.]
- Skill 2: Kills every monster on the map instantly. [90 seconds non-upgraded; 30 seconds fully upgraded cooldown.]
- Skill 3: Vacuums up all dropped items on the map, causing you to pick them up, and makes you invincible for 2 seconds. [45 seconds non-upgraded; 15 seconds fully upgraded cooldown.]

~ Denaros store improvements.
- Add all of the sweetwater equipment to be purchased with denaros.
- Add ship energy restoration tickets that can be purchased with denaros with a weekly cap to how many you can buy per week. (And if you really want more forms of monetization, commerci ship energy restoration tickets that can be purchased in the cash shop for NX / Maple Points.)

What you all think?

Clarification: This change would be huge maps where you are on a ship and your current ship changes how big the map is, same for the layout of the map. You are hunting monsters the same way you would for an Arcana, Moonbridge, or Odium training ground map.

The solo voyages would not play out anything like how they are now, it will be more engaging and more like classic MapleStory regular monster hunting with some twists and changes.

This is not based on the current mobs hp values and map size, this change will turn it into a big training map with stronger scaling mobs, similar to how guild castle cache mobs are very strong.

Since the mobs would also still scale to your level, the mesos bags also scale with your level, so higher the character level - the more mesos the bags that drop will give.

Imagine the dreadnought but it is the size of the strong gangster mobs' map in morass. So the vacuum effect would be useful and the invincibility is just to ensure someone does not die while vacuum everything up, but mainly the global vacuum is the power of the skill.
Plus it goes well with a map wide nuke and a spawn increasing effect, increase the spawn, nuke the map, when increased spawn duration is done suck up the goods and saves on your time so all of the skills work together and are not just 3 random skills.

The boss drop tables needs to be revamped. You didn't mention any changes to boss drops. It is currently very difficult to get a replacement Sweetwater equipment piece you need due to the low drop rate and how it can drop anything rather than have you pick. Currently, all KMS bosses allow you to control what they drop in the form of a coin shop, redeemable pieces like in CRA and Empress, or a box that allows you to pick your weapon or armor piece. It would be nice if these changes were made to this outdated content. Whether the bosses drops a box or Sweetwater pieces that can be redeemed, it should be at a higher drop rate than what the bosses have currently. And have them items be affected by drop rate.

Things that should be removed from current Commerci are the endless mob survival waves as they do nothing but waste time. For Union Voyage, it would be a nice feature if you can pick whether you want Huntersway, Goldway, or Silkway depending on what the players want to find.

Some rewards worth adding to Sweetwater Shop should include:

    -All Sweetwater Weapons (including Katara)
-All Sweetwater Armor and accessory pieces
    -Eternal and Powerful Flames
    -Gold Hammers
    -EXP/Drop coupons
    -Innocence Scrolls
    -ICOGS
    -Epic Potential Scrolls
    -Potential Stamps
-Cubic Blades and Unrelenting Flames (both varieties)

    Old suggestion

I guess they could expand on the shop and add all sweetwater equips to the denaros shop.

But this was more completely changing and improving on the solo voyage experience to be better and more enjoyable.

I was thinking for the bosses to make them a lot harder and more rare of an occurrence, upon killing grants a burst of denaros and other goodies, more like elite boss difficulty or least elite champion difficulty level and this is reflected in their HP value as well. Maybe one of the boss benefits is guaranteed to drop at least 1 sweetwater equipment minimum.

This change removes those endless waves because it acts exactly like a regular hunting ground, but on a big ship and dreadnought would be a massive ship and have a massive spawn size with a similar respawn to odium maps and such.
