dailies did reset at 7 pm EST today instead of 8 pm EST

lost an exp voucher cause of it >_< also failled to complete some last min dailies(was eating between 7 pm and 7:40 pm my time) and game clock not adjusting to rl world clock wasn't plan >_<

    Nexon made the intentional choice years ago to use UTC time (UTC time is not affected by DST) so they never have to take the server down to change the clock time for DST, and to minimize the mistake of using the wrong time stamp on the patch note.

    ight :S also i dont think that would require to take serv down o.O its a rly minor change...well i'am no expert but i know some hotfix//patching live can be done..blizzard been doing stuff like it for a while
