Pirate Blessing Link Skill

Brief bug summary: When I add my apply my link skills for Pirate Blessing, it does not add up to 6. I have a Buccaneer, Cannonneer, and Corsair all well over the level of 120.

More details: These 3 pirates are native (never open job changed). I was able to replicate this on a pirate, the link skill only goes up to 4. This can replicated on a non-pirate, when I add 1 link skill, 2 of the available Pirate Blessings gray out. I can get a total of level 4 Pirate Blessing.

Steps to reproduce: Have 3 different pirate classes leveled over 120 to get level 2 Pirate Blessing.
Go to any character, even a pirate that you leveled as mentioned.
Add all the Pirate Blessing skills.

Character job: Buccanneer, Angelic Buster, Kanna

World name: Reboot Kronos

Date and time of the incident: 12/14/23 This is occurring still and not isolated to one time.
