I/L archmage chainlighning don't cast if not move

Hello. It always happens on maps where you have to spam continiously your attacks without moving, like in the coconut event and sharenian. you have to take a step then the skill work again.

    Intentional by design to stop the simplest of AFK farming by weighting down the button
