How to change the language in MS?

Hey folks, after 9 years or so I started to play Maplestory again. Oh boy how things have changed :D
But I noticed that texts and dialogues are now only aviable in english. Is there a way to change that?
Or are those only aviable in english?

    Will it be aviable in different languages again? Or is this permanent?

    This is permanent.
    EMS (Europe MapleStory) used to have multiple languages, but that option was removed a while back. (Years ago, I believe).
    GMS (Global MapleStory) never had any other language.
    Now that EMS is no more, and Europe is being served by GMS, I don't expect any other languages to be implemented.
