DRPQ Soaring skill deleted on Tamer-to-Lynns

Brief bug summary: The Soaring skill required by DRPQ was deleted on my Beast Tamers turned Lynns

More details: Having no Soaring skill locks them out of Dragon Rider PQ. They cannot redo the Towards the Sky questline to re-obtain the Soaring skill; those quests remain completed in their quest logs.

Steps to reproduce:

Log into a (former) Beast Tamer who had completed the Towards the Sky 2 quest to earn the Soaring skill, and look at the Beginner skill tab.

Character name: KemonoPal, Hannibelle

Character level: 259, 220

Character job: both Lynn (formerly Beast Tamer)

World name: Kronos, Elysium

Date and time of the incident: July 24 early morning, EST

    I suspect the Beast Tamer to Lynn conversion erroneously deleted the quest-earned Soaring skill along with the Beast Tamer skills.

    Please restore the Soaring skill to Lynns who have completed Towards the Sky 2, or mark their Towards the Sky 2 quests undone so converted Lynns can reobtain the skill.

    I got this fixed on my Lynns by filing a support ticket. At first, the person responding to my ticket erroneously said they restored my "Follow the Leader" skill, suggesting that they'd been busy restoring the multi-pet Follow the Leader skill to the Beginner tabs of Lynns who lost that too.

    So if your ex-Tamer Lynn is still missing any Beginner skills, try filing a support ticket.
