favorite character not being saved as quick login

Bug type: Quick login

Brief bug summary:
so i have a character saved as favorite, so i should be able to use the quick login feature, but i can't. the character does not appear there.

Character name: EvaTomoe

Character level: 281

Character job: Dawn warrior

World name: Solis

Date and time of the incident: since the 263 update

    On the v.263 known issues post it mentions that setting Kaiser as favorite through the fast login ui would disconnect the client. So it has been temporarily disabled while it is fixed
