Unable to claim reward points in Cash Shop

I have been unable to claim any reward points through the cash shop ever since the patch. Initially I assumed that I had reached the monthly cap even though the points earned in September weren't even close to the 50k cap. I waited until the start of the month to try and claim it again but have been unsuccessful.

    Same error happening to me. Have 5k points waiting to be redeemed at CS since 3 days ago, can t get new ones or use RPs from monster collection due to that.

    I've been having the same problem for two days! I can't claim RP, and my tokens are about to expire.
