This hairstyle, known as 방울꽃 헤어 in KMS, was originally released as part of the 2021 Golden Hands Awards and has remained a very popular male hairstyle in KMS.
As far as I can tell, it has never been officially released in GMS, despite being available in KMS for several years. It would be great to finally see it added to a future Royal Hair Coupon rotation or special hair selection.
