How to find Guild? I just want to make friends

I just recently got back to Maple and found that the world I used to be in "Windia" is no longer active, I mean it is no longer have active members. So I moved to Reboot, where it has the most people playing. Yet, I find it's hard to join a guild to make friends. So any suggestions? Right now, with the migration of the Europe and Global server, I'm thinking of moving there. *sighs* just me baffling, =.=
