Maplestory crashes when i try to log in to my char

I was doing the pre quests to Root Abyss and just talked to shinso in ereve and exited in the portal to the left when Maplestory crashed. When i try to log in to that character again Maplestory crashes everytime before it loads.

    same to me login to my character and crash after 1 sec i wait about 10 hours and still they didnt teleport me
    do you know when they teleport us to safe map???

    Ticket only contained the usual: "We are aware and dont have an fix at this time. Please be patient"

    Same here, they said it could take up to 24hours and its been 22 now.

    As there have been a few maintenance periods that have already passed, your character should no longer be affected. However, if you are still experiencing issues with your character(s). please submit a ticket through our customer support page so that we may be able to further investigate this issue.
