Stuck in Strange Stories' Maid to Order

I'm trying to finish Strange Stories' Maid to Order, but when i reached the telephone part (to call Colette to obtain information), I kept disconnecting after following the 'left-right' instruction for 'fixing connection failure'. Every time I reconnected it wanted me to choose the maid I would like information on; and every time I chose it disconnects until there are no name choice left, therefore there is nothing more for me to choose and I could not restart. So, every time I try to get on my character, it just brings me to the exact same scene without any choice and when the 10 seconds timer ends, it automatically disconnects. I am stuck in this stupid cycle and couldn't get out. PLEASE HELPPPPP !!!

    I too have the same issue. I sent a ticket on the 3rd and got replies on the 8th. It is now the 13th and the GM told me it should be fixed, but I am still stuck -_- waiting on further instructions now... seeing how the event is ending soon, I don't think I'll be able to complete it.

    I am sorry that I could not assist you sooner and I do apologize for the delayed response.
    As there have been a few maintenance periods that have already passed, your character should no longer be affected. However, if you are still experiencing issues with your character(s). please submit a ticket through our customer support page so that we may be able to further investigate this issue.
