I am not finding my characters from europe server

I did the migration today after a long time without play,i had an account in europe, after the migration i didn't find my characters what do i do?

    You are probably logged in on the wrong account, what was the email for the account you migrated? Did you migrate multiple accounts? Log out from the Nexon launcher and try logging in with the email you had on EMS with your characters

    I think nexon mentioned at one point that if you didn't migrate before the merge your account information would be lost (as in characters etc...)

    As mentioned on this page, if you have missing characters it's recommended that you submit a customer support ticket
