my cash shop lag and crash

Hello i have problem with my cash shop. when i try to enter i receive an error message : request time out , please try again. if i continue to try sometimes i dont dc but all the cash shop lag i cant pick up my equips in the cash shop inventory.. its only my problem or someone else have it too?

    I bought The 24k pink bean pack and i cant pick up The equips from The cash shop inventory.... so for now i waste 24k.

    I had the exact same problem today. I just kept trying and eventually it worked for me a few DC's later.
