The Afterlands 12th Key Bug (?)

Hi,

I did all quests in The Afterlands and got 11/12 keys. There's this 1 key I can't seem to get. It's the 4th lock from the bottom. image The only quests I have left are daily quests that don't ever seem to stop. I keep hearing people talk about a 'sack' but when I attempt anything they say, still nothing happens.

There are 2 guys in Land of Riches that don't seem to talk, 'Horemheb' and 'Louie the Average'. Also the bag on the top right shows a hand cursor when I hover it, but I can't seem to activate. (I even tried increasing my size using 3 'Delicious Gold Piece' given by 'Joel's repeatable quest, but I still can't activate it) image
