    xenon is really strong but kaiser is better if you play non-reboot cuz they replaced his dragon link on reboot.

    Kaiser is identical on Reboot and non-Reboot.
    There was a bug with the Dragon Link skill on newly-made Kaisers, and they're fixing it with this patch.

    You should do a class that you want the SS card for (that's what I'm doing)
