My characters? where are them

I did accept the migration agreement before november 10, i did it with 2 accounts i had on maplestory europe, and yet i logged and i dont see my characters...

When i first tried logging in i got the error "having trouble logging in?" but then i tried again for the second time and i got it working, then it asked me to wait while loading my data, and then all i got was 8 slots with no characters at all..

    What Region did you come from? (European, American etc)
    What Server were you Previously on?
    and what Region are you logging into now?
