Is level 3 link still exist?
After update I can find some links have next level which is level 3 in link interface

    Level 3 link comes from a level 210 character. Some jobs don't have one though.

    I noticed that the level 3 link is cancelled in KMS and CMS, so I am a little worried about it may cancelled in GMS neither.
