Tinkerer's Event?

I noticed in the event list the Tinkerer's Event and it offers some ridiculously strong gear, Is this something I've already missed my chance on? If not, what're the details behind the event? Thanks in advance

    You get it by playing the marvel machine if you get a tinkerer's chest, not available in reboot.

    IMO its not worth it to play Marvel machine to try to get the tinkerers chests. They aren't guaranteed on each roll, and even if you get one, you are likely to get Yellow tinkerers gear out of it, which are not that great. It takes a great deal of NX to get a black tinkerer equip. If you want them, you are much better off getting mesos and buying them in the FM
