Daily V 180min Box bugged?

I got the 3 hour box and for some reason i cant open it. I clicked and the pop up comes up where she says she gives me the rewards and yet the box is still in my inventory. Yes i got space in every section of my inventory atleast 10 slots. Also i have waited the timer too. Anyone else experiencing this?

    Im having the same problem with my box.
    I opened the 3 previous boxes with no issues at all, but cant seem to open to last one..
    Lets hope we can get em open before they expire :/
