Crashes after selecting NA region

For a few days now I have been crashing as soon as I select to play in the NA region but I can play in the EU region just fine. Really frustrating problem, tried to repair uninstall etc but nothing works =/

    There are 3 or 4 topics of us with the same problem, i contact nexxon they said it's aproblem but they dont know how to fix
