Unable to open Daily V 180m Box

Everytime I try to open the box from my inventory an window pop up and say "Here is your Play V Rewards 180-min login Reward! then I click next and it should open my prizes like other boxes but instead it just keep in my inventory.

    The same exact thing is happening to me too! I really wanted the miracle circ... I hope Nexon acknowledges this and fixes it quick!!!

    Bug Type : Event Reward

    Description : As the title states, I am unable to open the Play V 180 minutes daily reward box. I claimed my 180 minutes reward box as I did yesterday, only today on opening a dialogue pops up and nothing happens after that. image On clicking next as in the image nothing happens and the box remains unused.
    Things to keep in mind, I have many slots available in all inventory sections, I also was able to open other reward boxes before this.

    Steps to reproduce : I don't really know, all I did was complete all challenges first, then wait for the required duration to claim. On getting the box I was unable to open it. Those are the things I did I think.

    Character Name : Wufensis

    Character Level : 156 as of making this post.

    I have the same problem..
    Yesterday i was able to open the 180 box but not today.
    Dunno what changed in between though

    this bug first started when they fixed kanna in the last urgente maintenance, my miracle circulators got all permanent but I couldn't open new boxes. I used them all hoping it was a glitch and I wouldn't be able to open more boxes while I had those miracle circulators in my inventory but even after I use them all the box didn't give me any rewards :~. Looking forward for them to fix, I've tried even to throw the box away and open the next-day one to see if it was a isolated case but when I saw it wasn't I came here to warn you.

    Same here.... smegas dont seem to work either and the owls are almost free to buy at npcs so yeah..

    If the box expires before they fix it, will we get compensation? Because it's real damn tasking to complete that.

    Same problem. I have two boxes sitting in my inventory, unable to be opened. One is about to expire too. So I'm about to lose all that hard work for nothing.

    Same with me, all three opened fine, the 180m is the only that won't open. Tried CC, entering cash shop and relogging.

    Summary:
    This issue is still occurring with the Daily V 180m Boxes. I now have two that will expire on 12/3 at 22:26 and on 12/4 at 03:31.
    I reported this issue a previously a couple days ago.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Completely Daily V Box quests.
    2. Collect Boxes when available.
    3. Double click the Daily V 180m Box to get the above posted message "Here is your Play V Rewards 180-min login reward" with no rewards distributed.

    I am having the same issue. I have opened the 30, 60, and 120 min boxes fine, it's just the 180 min one that will not open.
