I made a new account made a kanna burned it and im not able to get the frozen gear chest and other stuff that comes when u burn a class

    Are you saying that you didn't get these items at the beginning?

    I have the same problem and i did not get the items in the beginning.

    Did any of you delete a character that was previously burned? Was it the first time burning a new character on a new account?
