Ever since the Heroes related damage skins were released, I haven't been able to use my Heroes Shade Damage Skin. It always tells me the effect could not be acquired. I'm unsure if this is happening with the other Heroes damage skins, but I have yet to get this one to work and have been waiting to use it for awhile now. I tried it on other characters to see if it was a character related issue and get the same thing, even though I'd like it n my Shade personally.
