Unable to find Evan's link skill

I'm unable to locate my lvl 156 Evan's link skill in the list while trying to add them to my I/L Mage. I haven't checked if all my other character's link skills are for sure in the list, but it seems like they are. I got on my Evan to make sure they didn't change it or something, and it's still there, but I just can't access it from the list. Anything I could be doing wrong?

    Not sure if it matters, but have you clicked on the Light Bulb quest that says "You can now share Link Skill"?

    Yeah, I have but no luck
    It's a shame, I really like the extra duration on the runes
