Brief bug summary: The visual effect of the Lightning God Ring is not showing up, and likewise, the 16 attack and magic attack buff that it gives you is also not being applied.

Steps to reproduce:
Equip a Lightning God Ring.

Character name: BOOTY2STRONK
Character level: 224
Character job: Cannon Master
World name: Chaos
Date and time of the incident: 11:50 am EST, December 1, 2016
