None of my Blaze Wizard skill are not working.

My final orbital skill and blazing ex are pasting through monster and the monster are not taking dmg. Is this a bug or is this just lag. My other skill work just fine. It just the main skill not working. It started when I hit third job and up. please help. I try restarting the comp and client.

Also sounds like you're using Windows 8 or higher. Normal restart won't always work, so you'll have to do a full restart, as explained here: http://www.howtogeek.com/129021/how-to-do-a-full-shutdown-in-windows-8-without-disabling-hybrid-boot/
